Further shipments by Tri-State are suspended; they resume two months later. |

Some shipments are allowed to resume on July 9 and on August 15 EPA decides to allow the drums that were not properly certified to be disposed at WIPP and for INEEL to continue to use the previously uncertified characterization system. |
